OK so it's been a damn long time since the last update - over 6 months in fact. A few things to update here then.

First thing, we've got a tentative date for the LAN, which is November 14/15 - so far we are trying to gauge if people are available for this weekend. If you can make it, please let me know.

Secondly, I have added a Downloads page, to replace the old Links page. You should see it up in the menu links under the banner. This page will host LAN-related downloads, such as Nev's COD4 custom map based on the LAN Hall / Rover Den. So far that's the only file up there, but if you can think of other files that should be hosted on there, please contact me.

Lastly, I'd like your feedback on the design of the website. Do you like it? Could it use an upgrade? It's been the same for a while now and I'm willing to take suggestions on how to improve it and maybe get it used a bit more often.

It's been a while since I last updated this site and that's completely due to being a lazy git.
But I'm totally blaming the baby.

Anyway, LAN is on THIS WEEKEND - 14/15 March. 12.30pm, be there or...don't be there. Those are pretty much your only choices.

Oh, and bring your $5 attendance fee. Don't make us hire goons.
Just did some more udpating on the site - Event Info is now up to date, as are the Communications and Links pages.

New LAN date is set for the 29th of November! Usual starting time of 12.30pm. Email either myself or Nevyn to let us know if you can make it.

Ok guys, we have a set date for LAN - which I know, all of you who check your email and are on the mailing list know about. Just in case you didn't know, the LAN date is Saturday the 12th of July, with the usual start time of 12.30pm. Please, if you are planning on attending and haven't indicated as such already, please email either myself or Nevyn as soon as possible so we have an idea of numbers. Also just a quick reminder that there is a small attendance fee for the LANs of $5 per head, which goes to the Eastern Shore Rover Crew, whom we rent the hall off for these events. We do work on an honesty system with regards to the fee, so please do the right thing and allow us to keep the venue we have.

Holy crud am I a slack bugger. Well as you probably know, we had a LAN in April that while small (only 5 people) was still quite fun. Thanks to those who showed up.
On another note, I've sent an email out to the LAN mailing list asking for people to let me know when in July would be the best weekend for them to attend a LAN event. If you haven't received the email, please let me know via email and I will fix it up for you. Also if you haven't received the email, the weekends in July are:

5th/6th
12th/13th
19th/20th
26th/27th

Please let me know via email which weekend is best for you.
Updated the gallery with a couple shots from Command & Conquer 3 at last LAN.

Updated Event Info page with a new games listing to better reflect which games are currently being played, etc.

Well the next LAN date is set, and is going ahead on December 1st / 2nd. As usual check the Event Info page out for the relevant info such as location, etc. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could e-mail me letting me know if you can make it or not.

Hope to see many of you there.

Hey guys, I know I've been slack and haven't updated the site in over a month but here we go :).

First off I'd like to thank everyone who came to the August LAN and made it a very enjoyable event. Special mention has to go Mark (aka Captain AWEsome) for many entertaining moments during the C&C3 games, and for the cape. Also thanks to Brian for bringing coffee, which was much more helpful after we found the kettle and much appreciated.

I've also updated the Image Gallery with some screenshots - mostly from FEAR Combat.
In other news, I will be making a Downloads section to the page that is separate to the Image Gallery, and that will include such things as FRAPS videos and game replays such as those from C&C3. If you have any of these you would like put on the site just email me and I'll organise some way to get it up there - most likely through a dedicated FTP account. I would ask that there be a maxiumum file size of probably around 20Mb just to save on up/download times and server disk space.
